2. The problem of axial force in bearings. In addition to rust and damage caused by lubricant entering, bearings will also experience "looseness" again, where bearing beads fall from the "flower basket" onto the roller drum, causing serious damage to the printing design roller drum, rubber rubbing roller drum, adhesive and other surface layers. The general solution is to modify the adhesive itself and set a reliable sealing structure to avoid lubricant infiltration into the bearing. Adjust the bearings to have moderate side clearance and axial force, avoiding the harm to mechanical equipment caused by the looseness of the bearings.
