② At the beginning of the cleaning work on the surface of the shaft, clean the oil stains on the surface of the bearing position and positioning surface, and remove stains, burrs, rust layers, etc. Use 99.7% industrial ethanol to clean the surface of the bearing position, ensuring that there are no dirt, and air dry it;
③ Clean the surface of the mold table clean and tidy, and apply a thin layer of SD7000 film remover to the table, cutting groove, anchor bolt, screw hole, circlip, and positioning pin hole in the mold table. The thinner the layer, the better. Dry and reserve it;
④ Strictly follow the proportion volume ratio of 2:1 and coordinate the data SD7101H, with sufficient coordination and no color difference, and flexibly modify the data with better coordination to the surface of the bearing position;
⑤ Install the flexible device of the mold in a timely manner, tighten the anchor bolts and device clamp springs. Pay attention to researching the mold during the installation process to prevent axial movement of the mold. During the process of tightening the mold together, use a rubber hammer to strike the mold in a circular direction to evenly distribute the data and prevent mold deformation.
⑥ Data drying: When the working temperature is 24 ℃, it is proposed to withdraw the mold for at least 4 hours; When the working temperature is below 24 ℃, it is proposed to use a tungsten filament lamp for heating for no less than 3 hours.
⑦ When revoking the mold, caution should be taken to prevent data damage or falling during the disassembly process. After the mold is disassembled, unnecessary data squeezed at the cutting groove should be removed using a band saw or cutting blade (it is strictly prohibited to knock or break it off by hand), and together, the surface should be polished and polished to be smaller than the overall surface;
⑧ Device components: When assembling components, it is proposed to modify the mutual mating surfaces of the components with a thin layer of release agent in advance, and modify the outer surface of the bearing position with a thin layer of information, strictly following the device processing technology for flexible devices.
