Common problems of bearing installation:

1. Bearing ring and shaft matching methods are more common. Bearing ring and bearing seat hole matching are mostly void matching. This matching method is generally very easy to install.

In terms of the installation method of bearings here, there are more forms of rotating installation, so that the inner ring can be more tightly matched with the shaft.

2. When the outside of the cylindrical roller bearing is loosely fitted with the bearing seat, and the inner ring is tightly fitted with the shaft, the bearing can be pressed on the shaft first by the more professional stamping machine used in the installation of bearings, and then installed together with the shaft and the bearing inside the bearing seat. Attention should be paid to the inner ring surface of the bearing when applying pressure to the installation. Then a waterproof casing made of soft metal, either copper or alloy steel, will do. When the nominal diameter of the casing is larger than the shaft aperture of the motor, and the diameter is smaller than the edge of the inner ring, it is necessary to prevent the application of pressure on the shelf.

Grease is an indispensable raw material for the maintenance of bearings. Grease can completely rush into the indoor space of bearings and wrap ball bearings and rolling bodies. It not only does no harm to the operation and work of cylindrical roller bearings, but also greatly increases the service life of bearings. But because of the frequent use of grease, there will be a certain amount of oil pollution, and if the oil pollution is not cleaned up in time, it will affect the reduction of the service life of bearings, so we must remove the oil pollution.

1. When cleaning the bearing of the bearing, the steel ball, the bead frame and the inner ring line should be transferred transverse from the outer ring line and then infiltrated into the rolling oil. After cleaning the short cylindrical roller bearing, the roller bearing, the bead frame, the inner ring line and the outer ring line should be loosened.

Note: After the rolling oil cleaning, the temperature of the oil shall not exceed 20℃.

2, soft thin oil or anticorrosive paste hardened bearings, should be soaked in 100℃~200℃ hot automobile oil, with needle-nose pliers to the bearing, with a brush clean bearing oil. Soft dilute oil or anticorrosive paste is heated to 100℃~200℃ on melting, very easy to wash out from the gap in the bearing. Sometimes you just need to shake the bearing in the oil several times. Oil also flows out of the crevices.

The application of the above two ways can easily clean up the oil pollution in cylindrical roller bearings, in order to give full play to the effect of lubricating oil, maintain bearings and increase the service life of bearings. In the vast majority of cases, the invalid bearing is caused by unreasonable installation and embellishment. Therefore, the installation of bearings and the maintenance of lubricating oil of bearings are indispensable practical operations.
