1, bearing vibration

The measured information is different because of the application field of the bearing or the installation method of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measurement results of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
2, bearing temperature
The temperature of the bearing, generally the temperature outside the bearing surface can be predicted and analyzed. If the oil inlet hole can measure the temperature on both sides of the bearing in real time, it is more suitable for bits.
In general, the temperature of the bearing begins to rise slowly with the operation of the bearing, and a stable state is guaranteed after 1-2 hours. Bearing stable temperature is different due to the thermal conductivity, heat supply, transmission ratio and load of the machine. If the lubrication and assembly part is suitable, the bearing temperature will increase substantially, there will be abnormal continuous high temperature, at this moment must stop operation, choose essential preventive measures.
The heat sensor can be used to check the temperature of the bearing at any time and anywhere, and realize the sound and light alarm or termination when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent the safety production accidents of burning shaft.
Continuous high temperature is often used to indicate that the bearing has been located in abnormal conditions. Continuous high temperature also produces lubricants that harm bearings. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to bearing lubricants. If the bearing is at a temperature higher than 125℃ for a long time, the lpl transfer will reduce the service life of the bearing. Important reasons for continuous high temperature bearings include: insufficient or too much lubrication, lubricant. It contains sediment, a large load, bearing damage ring, insufficient clearance, and the high friction formed by the skeleton seal.
Therefore, continuous inspection of bearing temperature is very necessary, whether it is tunnel detection of the bearing itself or other vital parts. A slight temperature change can indicate an anomaly if the operating specification does not change.
The just-in-time tunnel detection of bearing temperature can be achieved by thermometers, such as SKF digital thermometers, which can accurately measure the bearing temperature and specify the unit according to the temperature of ° C or Fahrenheit. The value of the bearing means that when its work is damaged, it will also lead to the standby of the equipment, so this kind of bearing should be transformed into a temperature detector. Generally speaking, there will be a temperature rise of course after the bearing is just lubricated or re-lubricated and lasts for one or two days.
