The assembly of high precision bearings should be carried out as carefully as the equipment. Attention should be paid to not damaging bearings and parts, especially the assembly of transitional matching bearings, which is difficult in technology. Therefore, the design should be fully considered in advance in favor of assembly, according to the needs of the production of special assembly tools is also very key. During assembly, the assembly method and order are scientifically studied according to the engineering drawings, and the mutual fit standard of high-precision bearings is investigated to ensure that the assembly operation is foolproof.
First, push and press method: The bearing is pushed and pressed by the punching machine, which is stable and reliable, and does not harm the equipment and bearing shield room. The punching machine has manual press, pedal or hydraulic press press. Pay attention to matters: the power point of the punching machine needs to be on the shaft core, and can not be biased.
Two, knocking method: knocking force is generally added to the inner ring of the bearing, shielding room knocking force can not be added to the rolling body of the bearing and maintained on the shelf, this method is simple and easy, but damage the bearing, when the bearing is located at the end of the shaft, with aluminum rod or other soft metal material lower than the nominal diameter of the bearing against the shaft end, bearing bottom plate, with a hammer gently knock, can be removed. Using this method should pay attention to the placement of the plate should be appropriate, the force point should be appropriate.
Three, drag out method: the selection of professional puller, assembly, just rotate the handle, XEZ high precision bearing will be gradually pulled out. When assembling the outer side of the bearing, the tension Angle should be extended outward; When assembling the bearing inner ring, the tension Angle should be inward and stuck on the end surface of the bearing inner ring. Matters to pay attention to: 1. The inner ring of high precision bearing should be hooked by the drawing hook of the puller first, and should not be hooked on the watch ring to prevent the bearing from loosening too much or being damaged; 2. When using the puller, the ball screw should point to the center hole of the shaft and not tilt. We should also pay attention to the support of the hook and bearing, do not destroy the hook and bearing; 3. Pay attention to avoid entanglement dislocation; 4. The Angle of the feet of the puller should be lower than 90 degrees.
Four, hot disassembly: used to assemble high precision bearings with transition fit. First, the automobile oil heated to about 100℃ is poured on the bearing to be removed with oil bucket. After the bearing ring is heated and deformed, the bearing can be pulled out with the puller.
