If you want to improve the reliability of the engine, you need to start from the bearing. 1. Improve dimensional accuracy. Improve the dimensional accuracy of bearing components, not less than 4 level accuracy, appropriate selection of efficient backlash and close matching value in installation. During assembly, bearings should be inspected according to the contents specified in the unusual technical specifications, such as appearance inspection, inspection for surface defects and corrosion beyond the standard, review of the specifications and original backlash at the close fitting place, etc. 2, bearing ring and axis deflection can not be large. For bearings with long service life and strong reliability, the skew of bearing ring and axis should not exceed the allowable specifications and standards under working conditions (for bearings with service life exceeding 1000h, the skew should not exceed 0.5 '). 3. Steel ball bearings with 3 point contact. The reliability of bearings can be improved by replacing 4-point radial thrust ball bearings with 3-point contact bearings. 4. Steel cage. Steel cages should be used instead of copper cages (used in Russian automobile engines), and the cages should be electrically plated. 5. Temperature difference between inner and outer ring lines is less than 5℃. If the calorific value of the bearing can be scientifically brought and maintained on the total bearing width, and there is a more symmetrical temperature field between the outer ring lines, and the temperature difference between the inner and outer ring lines does not exceed 5℃, the reliability of the bearing can be improved. |
