1. Type selection.
Different kinds of reversing bearings have different characteristics and are suitable for all kinds of machinery. When choosing a bearing, it is generally necessary to understand the following elements. Generally speaking: when bearing the driving force load, select the driving force bearing, angular contact bearing, for the common ball bearing in the place of rapid use, when bearing a relatively large axial load, use roller bearing bearing. In general, the selection of staff needs to choose the appropriate model and specification from different manufacturers and a variety of bearing products.

2. Bearing occupying space and position.
When designing machine tools, generally understand the pivot specification first, and then select the reverse bearing according to the journal. The ball bearing generally chooses the small shaft, the drum shaft uses the roller bearing bearing. However, when the bearing is limited in the aperture direction of the equipment, it can choose needle roller bearings, extra-light and viscous series ball bearings or roller bearing bearings; When bearings are limited in the radial part of the equipment, narrow series products or ultra-narrow series ball bearings or roller bearings can be selected.

3. Load size, target and performance of bearings.
Load is the key element of bearing selection. Flip bearing is used to bear light load, ball bearings are used to bear light load or medium level load, with the ability to withstand the impact vibration load of carburizing steel production or martensite heat treatment bearings.

When subjected to pure axial load, deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings or needle roller bearings can be selected. When bearing a relatively small pure radial load, can choose thrust ball bearings; In the case of large pure radial load, the driving roller bearing can be selected. When bearing axial and radial collaborative loads, angular contact ball bearings or tapered roller bearings are generally selected.

4. Bearing tempering.
If the axis axis is not consistent with the center line of the bearing seat, there is a visual Angle deviation, or because the shaft two support interval is large, and the shaft stiffness is relatively small, it is easy to bear force bending or skew, you can choose self-aligning roller bearing bearing and outer ball bearing. If the shaft is slightly skewed or bent, the bearing can continue to operate normally. The quality of the aligning performance of bearings with non-parallelism is not so much related to the allowable axial degree. The more different types of axial degree values, the better the aligning performance.
