Because of different uses and working conditions, there are many kinds of structural changes of deep groove ball bearings, but the basic structure is composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling body (steel ball) and cage.
First, inner ring (also known as inner ring or inner ring). Usually fixed to the journal, the inner ring rotates with the shaft. The outer surface of the inner ring is provided with a groove for the steel ball or roller to roll, which is called an inner groove or an inner raceway.
Two, the outer ring (also known as the coat or outer ring). It is usually fixed on the bearing seat or the shell of the machine and plays the role of supporting the rolling steel ball. The inner surface of the outer ring is also provided with a groove for the ball or roller to roll, which is called an inner groove or an inner raceway.
3. Rolling body (steel ball). Each set of deep groove ball bearings is equipped with a group or several groups of rolling bodies, installed between the inner ring and the outer ring, to play the role of rolling each transmission force. The rolling body is a part to bear the load, its shape, size and number determine the bearing capacity to bear the load of the high-speed performance.
Four, cage (also known as retainer or isolator). The rolling bodies in the bearing are evenly separated from each other so that each rolling body rolls normally between the inner ring and the outer ring. In addition, the cage has the function of guiding the movement of the rolling body, improving the lubrication condition of the bearing, and preventing the rolling body from falling off.
In thrust ball bearings, the ring matched with the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the ring matched with the bearing seat or the machine housing is called the seat ring. The shaft ring and the seat ring are collectively referred to as the washer. In addition to the above four parts, a variety of different structure of the bearing and its matching other parts. For example, rivet, dust cover, sealing ring, stop washer, retaining ring and tight sleeve, etc. |
