Operation inspection:
After bearing installation, in order to check whether installation is correct, operation inspection should be carried out. Small machine can rotate manually to ensure smooth rotation. Check items include foreign body, scar, indentation, poor installation, torque instability caused by improper processing of mounting pedestal, installation error caused by too small clearance, and excessive torque caused by too large sealing friction. If there are no exceptions, the power supply can be started.
Large machinery can not be manually rotated, so immediately cut off the power supply after no-load start, the machine is idle, check whether the rotating parts have vibration, noise, contact, etc., confirm no abnormality, enter the power operation.
In power operation, it starts at low speed with no load and gradually increases to the specified conditions of rated operation. During the test run, check items for abnormal sound, bearing temperature change, lubricating oil leakage or discoloration. If any abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped immediately and the machine should be checked. If necessary, the bearing should be removed for inspection.
Bearing temperature can generally be inferred from the external temperature of the bearing seat. However, it is more accurate to directly measure bearing outer ring temperature by using oil hole. Bearing temperature, from the start of operation gradually increased, generally 1 ~ 2 hours after the temperature stability. Improper bearing installation, the temperature will rise sharply, abnormal high temperature. The reasons include too much lubricating oil, too small bearing clearance, poor installation, too much friction sealing device, etc. In the case of high-speed rotation, the wrong choice of bearing structure and lubrication mode is also one of the reasons.
Stethoscope is used to detect the rotating sound of bearing, which has the characteristics of strong metal noise, abnormal sound, irregular sound and so on. The reasons include poor lubrication, poor precision of shaft or bearing seat, bearing damage, foreign body invasion and so on. |
