1. Note that the interior of the sealed bearing should remain in its original state and cannot be cleaned.

2. The installation surface should be cleaned with a clean aqueous solution of gasoline, gasoline, xylene, or xylene, and wiped with a clean towel before applying a thin layer of glossy oil.

3. When approaching the equipment, open the bearing packaging and immerse it into liquid liquids such as gasoline. Rotate it gently with hand rhythm, ensuring that the packaging oil on the flipping body and its raceway surface is completely cleaned and tidy.

4. When cleaning many bearings, first use hot car oil with a temperature of 90~100 ℃ to soak and solidify the sealing oil. At the same time, use a seamless and difficult to chip special tool to dig out all old oil, and then soak and scald for a few minutes. Then, clean the car oil with gasoline, and then clean it again with gasoline.
