Bearing installation is complete, in order to check whether the assembly is correct or not, should be operated to check. Small equipment can be manually rotated to ensure stable rotation. Check items are dirty things, scars, stamping, poor assembly, fixed seat production and processing caused by poor torque instability, too small gap caused by installation error, sealing friction caused by too large torque, etc. If nothing abnormal occurs, the switching power supply can be operated.
Large mechanical equipment can not be manually rotated, so the power supply is turned off immediately when full load is started, the equipment is idle, check whether there is vibration, noise, contact and other rotating parts, determine no abnormal, enter the driving force operation.
In driving force operation, from full load to low speed gear gradually, gradually increase to the rated operation conditions. During the trial run, check items for abnormal sound, bearing temperature change, grease leakage or fading, etc. If there is an anomaly, the operation should be stopped and the machine should be inspected. If necessary, the bearing should be removed for inspection.
Bearing temperature can generally be inferred from the external temperature of the bearing seat. But it is more accurate to measure the temperature outside the bearing when the oil inlet is used. Bearing temperature, gradually rising from operation, generally 1~2 hours after the temperature is stable. Bearing assembly is not reasonable, the temperature will rise quickly, found abnormal continuous high temperature. The main reasons include too much grease, too small bearing gap, poor assembly, sealing structure friction is too large. In the case of moving rotation, the wrong selection of bearing structure and lubrication mode is one of the reasons.
Using auscultation to test the rotating sound of bearing, it has the advantages of strong noise, abnormal sound and irregular sound of metal materials. The main reasons include poor wetting, poor precision of shaft or bearing seat, bearing damage, dirty things into, etc.
